A beautiful bouquet reminiscent of the perfect spring day. This is a confident and lively scent, bursting with love and fun; truly feminine with a blush of rose and peony. Quel Amour! was the first great creation of Camille Goutal and Isabelle Doyen, after Annick’s death in 1999. For Camille Goutal this fragrance was inspired by a personal story of love. It is an intense memory of reunion with her “fiancé”. After a trip to Australia, Camille came back to Paris and discovered her whole apartment was decorated with a carpet of peonies and rose petals. Once she saw her boyfriend, inside the flat, holding a beautiful bouquet of peonies for her, she exclaimed “Quel Amour !” which means “what love” or “such love”.
The Peony is a symbol of childhood memories and exuberance. Camille loved this magic flower, and chose the pale pink colour for this fragrance as pink peonies are her favourite. Sparkling like a pink champagne: when you spray it in the air, you can imagine the bubbles and the sparkling notes. A very happy scent to help see life in pink.
