"Chergui" (Arabic for "from the east"), is a dry easterly wind that swirls like a Djinn into Morroco like a curtain of red sand, bringing with it and stirring all around it all the aroma's of Marrakech - warm and spicy, hot with amber, honey, tobacco and cooked fruits. Once again, the master has bottled the Djinn.
