A bright, rich and intoxicating scent yet soft and silky, this fragrance was inspired by the fruits of Arabia. It is reminiscent of the Souks, and all the colour of the mandarines, dates and spices.
“An ancient philosophy claims that, by nature, all that is dry is noble and inversely all that is moist embodies lust…” On the basis of this belief, Serge Lutens endeavoured to concoct a fragrance based on a combination of elements that exude a rich and full-bodied aura upon being dried: Figs, Dates, Nuts, Currants, Mandarin peel… any natural ingredient that is likely to release a sumptuous fragrance when touched by the rays of an omnipresent sun.
Arabie is an assertive and distinctive fragrance. The sunny note of Mandarin Peel is mixed with the gourmand notes of Dried Figs. The fragrance give you the feeling of visiting a Souk, a market, in the North of Africa. It is a fragrance for both men and women.
