"The scent of the Japanese Lotus Lily, all the exquisite daintiness and charm of the flowers of Japan are embodied in this delightful perfume."
Originally created in 1888 this scent has a timeless quality which comes from its pioneering spirit. From the dawn of modern creative perfumery it is one of the scents that paved the way for modern fragrances.
Hasu no Hana is a bright, radiant Floral composition with pronounced Chypré and Oriental facets on a woody, dry, very sensual base. It has been described as having similar facets to Jicky. It has aromatic and bitter citrus top notes with a strong orange flower, petitgrain and rosewood heart of rose oil, ylang, orris, jasmine on a base of patchouli and sandalwood. It exudes sweet balsamic notes and, like the other scents in the launch range, retains a soft and powdery scent on the skin. Like Jicky (originally marketed at men) the almost masculine undertones would appeal to those who prefer the oriental to the floral.
Also available as 100ml Eau de Parfum (£275.00)
